"Nothing is more challenging, nothing less sentimental, than the invitation of spirit to become who we are and not who we think we ought to be."

The Facebook scene is like High School but with a veneer of "adult" sensibilities? No thanks, life is too short to waste time with that bullshit again.

Fascinating! I just finished his book, 1421-quite an engrossing & entertaining read. He proposes that several massive Chinese fleets circumnavigated the globe in the early 1400's. And had regular contact with the Americas long before the Europeans. The evidence presented does make a compelling argument, but just to be fair, this is a site debunking his theories.
